Do You Have Any Questions or Concerns About Pan-United Corporation’s Business?

I’ll be attending a site visit in early April to learn more about Pan-United Corporation (SGX: P52) — the largest supplier of ready-mix concrete and cement in Singapore.

As part of the visit, there will be a Q&A session with the company’s management. If you have any questions or concerns you would like raised, feel free to drop me a private message at @ljunyuan or via email to ljunyuan@thesingaporeaninvestor.sg and I will do my best to bring them up during the session.

Given the limited time available (as this will be a group visit), I may only be able to raise the most relevant or pressing questions. That said, I will look into other ways to convey the remaining questions to the management where possible. :)

This time around, we’re expanding the conversation! In addition to discussing REITs, we’ll also delve into the topic of Singapore banks - something I haven’t touched on before.

If you’re free next Thursday (19 March) from 8-9pm and want to hear my thoughts on REITs and Singapore banks, feel free to sign up for the Zoom session via the link below:

Do You Have Any Questions or Concerns about Singapore Post Ltd?

I’ll be attending a corporate site visit at Singapore Post (SGX: S08) later this month.

Besides observing the company’s operations firsthand, there will also be a short Q&A session with the management team. If you have any questions or concerns you would like me to raise, feel free to drop me a message at @ljunyuan, or via email at ljunyuan@thesingaporeaninvestor.sg, and I’ll do it on your behalf.

However, as this will be a group visit, the number of questions I can ask will be limited (probably 1–2 max). I will select the most relevant questions to bring up during the session. For the rest, I’ll do my best to explore other avenues to raise them where possible.

REITs vs Banks: Which Investment Delivers More for Income Seekers?

If you thought 2025 was a wild ride for the stock market, wait until you see 2026! With not only the uncertainty of interest rate changes and geopolitical tensions but also a military operation by Israel and the United States against Iran, it's set to be even more turbulent.

So, with all this in mind, which is the better choice for income investors: REITs or banks?

I’m honoured to be re-invited by Dinah Poehlmann from Your Finance Mind for a fireside chat on Zoom this year, where I’ll be sharing my insights on this topic.

Join me on Thursday, 19 March 2026, from 8pm to 9pm, as I offer my thoughts and answer any questions you may have.
