   Strategy Plans to Issue Preferred Shares Worth Up to $21 Billion

   Strategy has announced the signing of a sale agreement under which the company may issue and sell its Series A Perpetual Strike preferred shares with a fixed dividend rate of 8% and a nominal value of $0.001 per share.

   The total offering amount will be up to $21 billion under the ATM program. Holders of these shares will have the option to convert them into Class A common stock.
