The brokerage is being investigated for potential offences under Section 82 of the Securities and Futures Act 2001, which prohibits any person from carrying on a business in any regulated activity without a capital markets services licence. There is difference in between potential offences and found guilty.
2. Probably to avoid any other potential offences, it’s wisely to suspend operation in the meantime. There is daily penalty $15,000 as well if they continue operation while being convicted.
3. CopyTrading is legit. Haven’t concluded if it’s really scamming or money game or ponzi sche
