The price is still stuck inside the horizontal channel: $37,000 - $46,000. Wrote about it many times before.

At the moment we just consider local movements inside this channel. Bitcoin is touching the descending resistance at the 3rd time, which gives it all chances to break it.

Moreover, we have strong supports at the $38,700 and $39,700 levels. It holds the price for now. However, if the attempt to break through the resistance fails, these supports might be broken downwards.
