📌Market Report📌

Bitcoin is looking strong and we can finally see some real & strong buy volume. The daily BTC chart is beginning to show a falling wedge pattern. This reminds us of the market structure of the days bitcoin was trading in the low $3K range. What used to be viewed on a daily chart is now being displayed on the 4H chart.

The main aspect Trader TJ is looking at is if Bitcoin can keep above the $8K level or if it will break down and make new lows. TJ believes this week will tell us for sure what to expect. He sees a nice horizontal support at $7777 but believes that is the first key level that needs to hold and stay above is $8100. As for resistance TJ sees $8860 as the next major resistance level which he believes can be hit after a successful breakout.

Erik on the other hand is waiting for Bitcoin trading to become more dynamic and ultimately hit lower numbers around the $7200-$7400 range. In the short term he sees bitcoin coming back to the $8600 range before moving lower. Erik mentions that Bitcoin is meandering around in this range and he is waiting for a more definitive move into the “value area” which he calls the $7200 level.
