USD/CHF 4H Summary

USD/CHF has officially broken out of a multi-day range and is showing signs of trend reversal with bullish strength. The clean break above both the resistance level and the EMA indicates momentum is shifting upward. We’re now watching for a retest which could offer a solid opportunity for continuation upward. If price pulls back cleanly into that area and gives bullish confirmation (engulfing or wick rejections), it could be a high-probability long setup.

Market Update

Quick recap on the two pairs we were watching this week:

EUR/USD played out perfectly. Price gave us a clean break and retest of the key zone around 1.16800, rejected the supply area, and dropped straight into our final target around 1.15930. I personally entered this setup after confirmation and secured a solid move. This was a textbook example of structure, supply zone, and EMA alignment working together.

GBP/JPY, on the other hand, didn’t follow through as expected. It failed to give a clean break and retest of the zone and instead pushed higher, invalidating the bearish idea. It was also above the EMA. Since there was no clear confirmation and structure wasn’t as clean as EUR/USD, I stayed out of this one. This is a great reminder that not all setups will trigger — and that's okay. Patience and discipline are key.

I'll continue monitoring the charts and will update you all if any new high-probability opportunities present themselves.
