Proposal:

While developing a proposal the following must be fulfilled.
1. Clear title: title page contain the title, affiliation of researcher, date and etc.
2. Clear abstract: this part is optional. But Abstract of proposer must contain at list: Introduction of the proposal, objective, methodology and hypothesis or research question of the study with maximum of 250 words in one paragraph.
3. Table of containte, table of figure, table of chart ....
4. Acronym or abbreviations
5. Clear introduction: not more than one page
6. Clear literature review: optional,
7. Clear objective: general and specific objective, short and precise. General objectives not more than one but specific objective up to three,
8. Clear statement of the problem
9. Clear scope of the study
10. Clear significance of the study
11. Clear hypothesis or research question that the study will answer
12. Clear methodology: That show data collection, organization, sampling method, sample size, source of data, method of analysis, etc...
14. Clear time break down: That shows from where to... The study will complete
15. Clear cost break down: it shows cost of the study it take.
16. Clear reference
17. etc.

Good proposal contains the above basic issues.

Scientific report contain the following parts.
- Title: the title page contain title of the report and affiliation about reporter or author.
- Abstract: this part was short and precise paragraph mostly not more than 250 words. It composes; Introduction, purpose or objectives, Material and methods, Result and discussion; optional Conclusion and recommendation.
