UPDATE

Dear friends,

I have two messages in this post:

DAY TRADING FX

This channel is not about day trading FX. I trade FX myself intra-day. However, that is not my agenda for this channel. In this channel I am looking for positions that I can hold for quite a while. That is where the money is made. Those come from being patient - at times very patient. If you want to trade FX intra-day, this channel is not it.

STATUS

We have Non-Farm Payroll tomorrow. I am considering my options ahead of this news release. It is very likely I will leave orders in, but I wanted to at least acknowledge to you that I am mindful what impact the news tomorrow can have on the FX market.

That is all for me for now. I have just one open order right now.

UPDATE

I feel compelled to write this. The GBP CHF trade is an ORDER. I have input an order to buy at 1.0980.

It seems some people are thinking this is a live trade. It is not. It is a live order. The GBP CHF has not been to 1.0980 yet.

STOP LOSS = 50 pips

TARGET AREA = 1.1300 - 1.1500

UPDATE

Well, I have reached the destination tonight. I am tired but the kind of fatigue where you are smiling about it.

I am back trading with you from Monday. I will trade live and teach until end of July. Then I will be off in August to write and research. I return in September and will trade live for the rest of the year, although there will be some interruptions for the Al Brooks event in Orlando in October, and a couple of other events, which i will write about soon.

UPDATE

I am personally closing my Nasdaq long swing now at 21,758.

The profit is 910 points. The monetary profit is good 🙂 in relation to risk. I risked about 200 points and I made about 4.5 times that in profit.

There will be no further swing trades until next week.

UPDATE

I AM EXPECTING NASDAQ TO SURPASS 21,600.

HOWEVER....

I am in the mountains trecking. My Internet is sporadic. I may not be able to guide you how I prefer.

So here are your options:

Take profit now. It's at 21,490...that's nearly 700 points in profit in 4 days...hint hint 😁


Or take your chances on Fed night and take profit above 21,600
